David Poulin Jr is a Salinas native who, along with five siblings, grew up in East Salinas and
attended Salinas Schools. Mr. Poulin later spent 5-years as a Language Arts teacher at El SausalMiddle School, in the SUHSD. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and M.S. in Law Enforcement and Public Leadership from the University of San Diego (USD). Recently retired, Officer Poulin honorably served 17-years with the Salinas
Police Department.
